Just a note to congratulate you for the time spent and the work on the TCCA web-pages.

You have done a good job putting it together. I also like the way you look at the overall 40th strett project. We only get one chance at this revitalization improvement. I share with you the desire to get all we can now since we will not get this chance again in our life time.

I know some think I am a little fiesty and confrontational, but the City leaves us little other way to respond to their years of not telling us the truth.

I wanted to tell you again that your work for the neighborhood is appreciated.
