suggestion for skilled labor

Posted in: Colonial Acres
I am more than sure we have some electricians, plumbers, heating and A/C techs, painters and skilled carpenters in this area. My cousin in Oklahoma City started a handy-man business for her neighborhood association and its going very well. (she will get rich from this)In just a few weeks she found several skilled people willing to work on the side. She has someone on call for everything from a leaky faucet to installing new security lights and servicing AC units, cleaning your fireplace and repainting your dining room for Thanksgiving. I can see there could be a real market for an all around handy-man service that only dealt with the colonial acres area and still make a fortune.
interesting idea....

count me out, I can hardly hammer a nail in a 2x4.
?

I'm confused as to the point of this topic. Is this a business proposition?
Most everyone on our block pitches in and helps each other free of charge, as good neighbors do, any hour, any day.
