Thanks for the Nehigborhood Alert recently notifying us of the attempted break in on Utah. If there are any other such alerts we can post them here as well.

Has anyone els had problems with break-in, or stolen property? It would be great to make a note here if possible so that this is one avenue of letting others know what is occurring locally.

Break-ins

I am the Neighborhood Watch Chairperson for Sylvan Park. Yes, there have been other break-ins in the neighborhood over time, but nothing directly connected to the Utah incident so far as we know. Just the usual.

Our reported crime rate has actually been running very low.

How did you find this site? We were already working on building our own site and haven't decided whether to make this the official Sylvan Park Neighborhood site yet.

Bike theft

We've have a number of small items disappear from our street over the last several months. Our casualty was our daughter's new bike where the theives came over our fence to steal. 4309 Nevada
