Fellow neighbors,
As a home owner who's concern about his property and the neighborhood, I'm curious if anyone has any idea of what is going on at this location. I've sent two emails to the JPSO expressing my concern regarding the transient types that are meeting at this building during the late evening on Sundays, around 8-10PM.
This time, I took the liberty to write down the #'s of every cab that was there, along with some private vehicles too. I spoke to one of our neighbors who lives nearby and he said that the cars are always different, as are the people who visit the building. As I walked around the 2 parking lots, several men came outside to watch me and they departed shortly there after. That type of behavior is abnormal and they could have simply approached me with any Q's. By their actions, my concern has grown for the safety of my neighborhood. Further, I thought zoning required a business to display some sort of sign to indicate what type of business is in operation? Why is this place exempt?
Upon returning home, I called the Taxi Bureau and I gave them all of the taxi #'s that were present at that time.
If anyone has more information about this building (the old Town & Country gym), the visitors that go there or is concerned about what is transpiring there, let me know, please.
Finally, we have enough trash on the street. Every morning following these meetings, the grounds are littered with garbage.
