the signs are window dressing and at the very most, a simple reminder to stop. they are unenforceable because there is no way any kind of law enforcement (pd, bcso, e tc) will sit and wait at any of the signsand issue tickets. the community is a soft crime area and does not justify having **nothing** more than a casual drive-by by pd.
therefore, the signs are unenforceable. if there is an incident or accident event, a report will most likely be made......after the fact. how meaningful is that to an injured person?
blah, blah, blah.......then the most that can happen after that is 'i'll see you in court....civil court.
anyone have a looksee at the letter FOR the annexaion?
