The more I think about this, the more it just pisses me off, sorry for the bluntness. Here we are as a community, we are not allowed to communicate as a community, we are not allowed to voice our opinions because the Board can do as they see fit.

You know, quite honestly, I think they got caught on something, knew what was going to happen and saw that they were going to have to speak out about it. Therefore they took our ability to speak out as a community away. That really irks me that people have to SEARCH to communicate. I really wish there was a way to eradicate this behaviour from our board members. Unfortunately as long as people keep believing the crap that spews from them, no one will stop voting for them.

If we are forced to live by Covenants, why are they not forced to act according to Covenants as well? Why are they allowed to do as they please? The more I think about this, the more it really irritates me.

Thank you for keeping this operational, I am glad that I can at least communicate with one of my local residents. Thanks again!

I also a homeower here and believe that we do not have the whole story only one side I talk to the hoa office and was told that jack,broke his own rules and was pissoff that the hoa and not letting the board post the truth and was editing some 411 to you all and his wife who works for the hoa was also doing wrong so please get your story striagh before we speak not judge the hoa I will be talking to the mangth about this ,,,and see if the truth comes out ,I lived next to Mark and will talk to him ,,,but for now just in mind we do not the whole story

And you think your going to get a straight story from Mark? If that is what you think then you need to wake up.

The problem goes back much farther than any recent event. The residents have the right to speak up.

Story- my view

I have known Mark and Ruben for many years. Whenever I have a question or concern they have always answered my questions. I have followed these threads for many years, although I have never posted until now.

It amazes me how people are quick judge others without having all the facts. Follow the threads here and you will see what I mean. One minute K is saying the Hoa is doing a good job and the next minute he's dogging them. Like everyone I believe as residents we have a right to be heard, that's why I go to the meetings, that's why I involve myself with the HOA. I was at the annual meeting and I heard Mark say they were intersted in upgrading the website. Also, if the HOA pulled the plug on the forum becasue of the postings, then why did'nt they do it years ago. I personally have complained about the negative nature of our HOA website. Maybe our next website will be more professional looking and not become a slamming board for the non- involved.

I personally have seen Mark, Ruben and a volunteer name Sam power washing graffiti from our neighborhood. I had the opportunity to help them a few months ago. I have seen them driving around the neighborhood late at night while doing COP. I saw Mark on the news attending the Grand Opening of the new fire station last week. I remember he was one of the few people who fought to get the ESD passed. What I'm trying to get at is you can not live behind a key board and be effective. I have seen the dedication they have for this community
and while I don't agree with evertything, they at least are trying to keep the community moving forward.
