I think the proposed park (10 acres) donated by the developer is a good idea, minus any manufactured home. The developer needs to complete all preparations of the property before it is turned over to the HOA. The land needs to be deeded to the HOA. There are many people in the community that would be willing to support this ides. As a community we could find a way to utilize this space for our families and maybe evn get support from the surrounding area to donate time, money, supplies, etc. And the residents can come together to help anyway we could.
