PAY YOUR DUES (ON TIME) READ THE COVENANTS. IF YOU CAN NOT PAY ON TIME AND DO NOT LIKE THE COVENANTS THEN IT IS SIMPLE - GET THE HELL OUT! OUR SUBDIVISION IS GOING TO STAY BEAUTIFUL! AND TO THE ASSOC. - GET RID OF THE COMPLAINERS. YOU ALL ARE DOING A GREAT JOB!!! IT SOUNDS LIKE SOME OF THE COMPLAINERS MISS THE SOUTH SIDE SECTION 8 HOUSING. LOL

Stop Complaining

I agree to the stop complaining message. For those of you who are being given 6 months, that's 5 more months than we should have given you, to fix your fences that are out of the rules stop complaining and get it fixed! You know/knew that if you make any changes to your home you are to check with the association before doing it. To the couple who did and never received a reply, you shouldn't have done it until you did. If you don't receive a reply keep on them day after day until they do. I think that Spectrum and our board members are doing a great job, keep it up and don't let those few at the meeting bully you into backing down on the 6 mos. If they don't have the money to fix the fences that's their problem, they shouldn't have done what they did until they had the money to do so. I am a homeowner in this neighborhood too, and I say if it's against association rules than fix it and stop complaining, it's part of being a homeowner!!!!
