I live on a street with nothing but kids on it. It's ok when the children are old enough to take care of themselves but when parents let their 3 or 4 year olds play in a street that winds, it's pretty dangerous. I came down my street, not being able to see if there were children in it because of cars parked in it, which is fine. But I hadn't expected those BABIES to be in the street I could have seriously hurt someone. Yes, the street does belong to the city, and everyone. But parents, if your children aren't old enough to watch themselves, then don't let them play in a CITY STREET. Take them to a park or put them in your back yards. Someone unknowingly, can hit a child without even seeing them until it's too late.
One more concern to worry about.
