I AM A SAN ANTONIO POLICE OFFICER AND I MOVED INTO THIS NEIGHBORHOOD A COUPLE OF YEARS BACK THINKING THAT NOTHING WILL HAPPEN HERE SINCE IT IS UPPER MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE LIVING HERE...ON MY WAY HOME ONE NIGHT AT 330 AM I SAW 3 INDIVIDUALS ENTER A HOME THAT WAS ALMOST FINISHED BEING CONSTRUCTED AND I ARRESTED THEM FOR BURGLARY...THEY WERE IN A STOLEN CAR AND THEY LIVE IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD...SCARY RIGHT...THEY SHOOT THE FINGER AT ME EACH TIME I SEE THEM, WHEN THEY BURN MY HOME DOWN U WILL KNOW WHERE I LIVE.....SHORTLY AFTER THAT I CAUGHT 2 MORE BURGLARS ON DUTY GUESS WHAT IT WAS THIS NEIGHBORHOOD..THEY WERE FROM THE SOUTHSIDE...I SPOTTED THEM ON NOGALITOS STREET AND FOLLOWED THEM HERE AND WITNESSED THEM BURGLARIZE AN OPEN GARAGE..CLOSE YOUR GARAGEDOORS PEOPLE...THESE RESIDENTS WERE HOME IN THEIR HOUSE WHILE THIS WAS TAKING PLACE..SO I THINK IM GONNA DO THIS NEXT
WHAT DO U THINK ABOUT ME RUNNING RADAR IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD, WHEN I CAN...IVE DONE IT BEFORE BY THE WAY...AND WRITE REAL TICKETS WITH FINES ATTACHED, NO WARNINGS...NOT EVEN TO RESIDENTS..
WE WILL THEN STOP TALKING ABOUT WHO SPEEDS...MAYBE ONE WILL SEE THEIR NEIGHBOR GETTING A TICKET, MAYBE IT WILL BE YOU...SO FROM NOW ON...ILL BE WATCHING...NO ONE WILL KNOW WHEN EXCEPT ME
ITS 125.00 FOR UP TO 10 MILES OVER THE SPEED LIMIT AND 5.00 PER MILE THEREAFTER...AND IM NOT FOND OF LOSING IN COURT

Radar Would be Great

I think it would be great for you to run radar occasionally in the neighborhood. I would hate to see some other child get hurt because people do not obey the posted speed limit nor do they watch for children at play. People also think that the 4-way stop at Arcadia and Senisa is for other people, not them. COP personnel have reported seeing numerous people go through the 4-way stop like it was not even there. Maybe they didn't see it, you think? Whatever you could do to stop the speeding would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!
