Are we allowed to run our homes as businesses? I know that a permit is required to run a garage sale. You can only have 1 per quarter and a max of 2 per year, yet a house On Alexa Place continues to have several .Almost every weekend.If this is allowed then we need to be informed that this is permissible behavior within the neighborhood as it is stated in our bylaws that it is against regulations.

Yes you are supposed to have a permit.
