Hello Homeowners,
On 7/5/02 The Rec. building was broken into. The builder is still paying for the damages, but when Creekside gets the building, we will be responsible for paying for any future damages. I am putting a sign up stating ''Reward for the conviction of anyone breaking into or damaging our building''. There are reports of skate boarders doing damage out front. There are reports of 4 wheelers driving around the building to get in/out of the creekbed, and they are tearing up the grass and the new parking lot. If any one knows who is doing this or sees this going on, feel free to call me at 256-1524 or 365-4767. We do have some leads. 1.) There is a kid name Steven who we caught one time damaging the building and the builder is in the process of prosecuting him, as far as we know. 2.) We think the 4 wheelers live somewhere on Alexa Place. 3.) We're looking at some groups of skate boarders. Cellular on patrol and SAPD is going to catch them soon. Your help is appreciated. I personally will not put up with people damaging our building. The Creekside board has determined that any damages done by the homeowners kids or responsible parties will be billed for the damage as well as prosecuted. It's sad that Creekside wants to make our subdivision be the best and you have people who have nothing better to do than try to ruin it. Sometimes, I wonder what our world is coming to. I would like to hear your suggestions so please put them down here and I'll check them out. Thanks. Wayne Christian

I have seen those 4-wheelers tear back and forth in the greenbelt between Criswell Creek and Lauren Mist. In fact I have seen the yard that at least one rides up into when he's done disturbing everyones peace and quiet. Almost every Sat. and Sun. these guys are ripping up the greenbelt almost as fast as they can, and, up until the rains came, would kick up the dust something fierce. I check this site quite frequently, and if you respond to this reply I will call you and give you more details. I'm tired of it, too.

good deal wayne, we appreciate the work you do... we definately have to catch these individuals and prosecute, it's also up to the whole creekside community to keep an eye on the clubhouse for any criminal activity and report such... i just hope it's not anybody from creekside....
