I took the class offered by the police department. It was both enjoyable and informative and well worth my time. I noticed that there are some other times that it is offered coming up in August. I encourage all of you to take advantage of these offerings.
We need to get a good number of us trained and then get started on a regular patrol of our neighborhood. It works. Just ask the folks in Northern Hills. They have practically wiped out crime in their neighborhood and they are just across the street from us. What do you think?

I totally agree

My husband and I were signed up for the original class but had to miss it and are getting signed up again. I was very impressed that Northern Hills was able to bring down their crime rate like that, very impressive. Even if you don't plan to walk or drive around, take this class so that you are better prepared at what to report and how while you do your normal routine!
