Hello everyone, my name is Mark Taylor and I recently joined the HOA board. We hope you will use this website and discussion area to submit any questions or concerns you may have. We will do our best to answer the mail as quickly as possible. I know in our busy lives it is difficult to free up time to always attend the monthly meeting so we hope this website will make it easier. Please do not hesitate to use it to address your concerns, but we would love to see you at the meetings as well.

2007 Annual Meeting

Want to thank everyone that attended the annual homeowners meeting on July 19th. We elected 2 new members to the board so we have 5 members now. First time in some time for that. A few folks volunteered for the landscape committee but other than that we still need lots of volunteers. If there is anyone out there interested in taking on the community newsletter let me know. No major issues were brought up at the meeting, A rep from Texas Hillcountry Lanscaping was there and answered everyones questions and concerns. So if you couldn't make it and still have some issues please let us know.
