Just got the bill for the dues forthe first half of '07. With it was the info about the VCNHOA net link. Went to it. Registered, and here I am. This is a good idea! I did not know who to talk to in the HOA since I missed the last meeting, and did not receive (that I know of) the last newsletter.

Right now I would like to know if dogs in this neighborhood must be on a leash when out and about. I have seen some who are not, and we do not know to whom they belong, if anyone. We live on Tree Line Rd. and the net street over abuts a wooded stream area where a lot of critters live. Maybe the dogs live there.

Concerning your question about whether the neighborhood requires dogs to be leashed or not, I don't see any formal requirement in our neighborhood's declaration of covenants.

Are the dogs a nuisance? I'll add a link to the City's code compliance department. They forbid city residents from keeping ''nuisance animals'' that would endanger public health.
