Can anything be done about the commercial garbage container in the front of the apt building in the 600 block of Donaldson? It is over-filled with garbage, unsighly in appearance, and has an old worn mattress next to the container. It is an eye-sore and health hazzard. The garbge container should not be in the front yard but rather around back in the alley.
