What do you mean the "people in the box" what houses are considered in the box ?

There's a group of homes within River Trails that only own 1/2 their mineral rights as a family who owned the land kept the rights when they sold the land.  These people only get 50%.  At the original meeting at the school when Dale Resources was making an offer, we were told about this "box" on the plat showing what properties only own 50%.  The Homeowner Association has the map that shows the "box".

Would you by chance remember what some of those street names were ? Or maybe one of the HOA authorities could post the map ?

If I remember correctly it started at the corner of Elbe and Thames and went NW, although i am not sure how far west it went, it goes almost to Trinity.  It was a rather large box that included most of the area from Elbe to Trinity.  Maybe we can have the association post the map.
