Take Ownership

If you care about your neighborood, have your neighbors replace their fences, they've looked horrible for years and it's not the rest of the sub-divisions responsibilty to maintain private property.

HOA guidelines

City may not require it but in my deed, Homeowners Association does, as well as define what kind of roof and what kind of shed I can construct, they also require that residence MAINTAIN THEIR property! Fix your own D_ _ _! fence, it's not my financial responsibilty, whether it's the cost of property values, tax dollars or hit on potential buyers because of the trucks, demolished trees or leaking pipes lying all over the ground...geez!
