Good Neighborhood

I have been here 17 years with no foundation problems at all.In the time I have been here there have been times where there would be 10 houses for sale on any one block.It has been my observation that many times job turnovers have caused the moves.The nice thing is that houses turn pretty fast in this area they usually dont sit vacant very long ,even when there are lots on the market in this area.

Safe

We have been here for 11 years now with no foundation problems. Neighbors are great and friendly. I have no problem takng my dog for walks a night. I find it to be a very safe place. As mentioned before convenient to everything. Also people with kids who intend to move to upgrade try to get their house up and sold by summer. As not to disrupt the next school year.

Nice place to live

We have been here for 8 years. I feel very safe in this neighborhood, although there has been some petty theft and vehicle break ins. But, it is rare and once something gets reported we seem to keep an eye out for each other. The only thing I don't like is we don't have a nearby grocery store. You have to either drive in to Hurst or back out to John T White or Eastchase Pkwy. In either case, they aren't that convenient. We don't have any foundation problems. The neighborhood association keeps everyone informed without running everyone's life. All in all I would recommend the community if you like a friendly and quiet place to live.

A Nice Neighborhood

This is a nice neighborhood with a great elementary school. Nice neighbors. And its great that we can ride our ATV's in the trails outback. No foundation problems. Been here for 7 years.
