What do you do with a neighbor who has not Cut or tended to there lawn in over a year. Do you think if I went over there to do it they would get offended? "Or they might just not notice it has been done".

Unkept Lawns

This is March 23, 2001, has anyone noticed the lawns in Northern Hills that need mowing and are just a big eyesore to our used to be nice looking community? Doesn't anyone care anymore how our sub-division looks? Well! I DO! Because an unkept lawn can bring down the looks of your property. My husband FINALLY mowed the lawn on our street, some of the weeds were 2 feet tall. Where is our association and what is it doing these days?
