At the homeowner's meeting held in May, a new board was elected with a platform of ''better'' communication to homeowners. Has anyone received any correspondence from them? When and where are the board meetings held? Has anyone seen any board member walking the sub-division? Why is the board so secretative on what they are working on?

Good Afternoon Mr Doeghnomy I am Ken Carmichael the new president of the HOA. I like to welcome you to the website and answer some of the questions you posed and ask a few of my own if I may. Sine the election the promise I made and feel that has been up held was better communication. The simple fact of you using this site is proof of that promise as it was not fully up and running during prior board. To answer your question on correspondence we put out a new letter sent to every home with the web address and what projects we were working on and our meeting dates. We even posted on the web that we needed help on many of the projects we had going with a limited reply. We hold board meetings once a month and have had may of the home owners attend. Your comment that we are being secretative I must confess offends me. I have walked the property along with my VP and treasure. I have gone to home personal to address problems they have had if you require a list of home owners I am happy to give you that. I am a very bold in your face kind of man that has the factor of rubbing some people the wrong way to the lashing you have gave us sir is unfounded. I stand behind each and every word I said during the election and now. Would it be okay for me to now ask you a few questions? What if anything have you contribute to the HOA since the election? Have you made any request that the board has not address. Have you noticed a change in Lawn care? have you spoke with any other home owner that said they could not reach us? I walked the property this past sunday and my wife and VP posted the fliers regarding the fall festival. You have a right sir to state your opinion and it is welcome I would just ask that prior to the name calling of us being secretative that a check of the fact be in order. I am happy to meet with you on any matter you choose.
