I will tell Andy with Severn Trent to call Lee and get some information. That's interesting that the developer appoints the board. Kind of seems like homeowners don't really have a chance. I have just never experienced anything like he unprofessional behavior of Lee Polk. I have tried to contact her on multiple occassions about the security gate at Brentwood. Her last response was on August 31 and they were "cutting a check" to get a fixed. They must have lost that check in the mail. Since then she has not responded once. Well she did respond when I sent the email to her and to Andy with the CDD that someone had hit the Oakwood sign. Iw asn't sure if it was an HOA or CDD item. She was quick to respond that it fell under her responsibility. So frustrating.....
