Dear Neighbor,

Welcome to the neighborhood!  We are glad you decided to live in either of two of the nicest subdivisions in Victoria.  As your neighbor, we join you in taking pride in our homes and surroundings.   Please take time to become familiar with the Deed Restrictions and By Laws that were furnished to you at closing or can be downloaded from the web site shown above in the letterhead.   If we all abide by these agreements, our neighborhood will maintain its value, and be a wonderful place to live. 

We want to get to know you.  Throughout the year, activities are scheduled that will enable us to meet folks from beyond next door.  We participate in National Night Out, Neighborhood Watch with Victoria PD, conduct an annual meeting and enjoy other events such as ice cream socials.  These activities are published on our website and sent by email.   We know you are busy in your routines, but hope you will take the time to join us for a few hours when these events occur.

This is your homeowner’s association!  Please feel free to contact any of the members of the Managing Committee listed on our website.  Our organization is only as strong as your participation.
