The Oaks at Millcreek

July, 2014 Newsletter

June 24, 2014

Our July 4th Community Social will be held on July 4 (Friday) at 2:00 pm. at the clubhouse.   Jim Elder and his helpers are serving pork and chicken barbeque, Brunswick stew, baked beans, slaw, bread, buns and dessert.  They will also have lemonade, tea and water.  Bring your appetites and I’ll see you there.

We had a successful work day on June 7th.  The clubhouse looks bright and shiny and the men made an excellent start on clearing out brush and debris around the pond dam.  Thanks to everyone who worked so hard.

Our next community meeting will be Monday, July 28th at 2:00 pm.  Bring your FISH donations at that time.

Wendell Wendt has resigned as Board Secretary.  If you would be interested in filling in for the remainder of his term, please call Mike Roberts.
