Pine Straw:  The deadline to contact Don Miller with your order and check made out to Harold’s Pine Straw is this Saturday, March 26. 

Next Social:  Our next social will be on May 4th.  Details will be coming soon.

Vendor List:  Please add Phelps Heating and Air, 770-267-2043, phelpshvac@phelpsheatingandair.com.  They installed our new system at the clubhouse.  Also, please add CitruSolution Carpet Cleaning Process, 770-286-8048, becitrusclean.com.  They did a great job cleaning the clubhouse carpet.

REMINDER:  Call Julia Collins @678-635-7358 (no answer leave a message) to reserve the clubhouse.  Julia would also appreciate a call to let her know if you are using the clubhouse for a committee meeting, cards, etc.  Also, let her know if there are any supplies that you notice are getting low.   PLEASE DO NOT CALL BEFORE 9:00AM OR AFTER 9:00PM.  Thanks.

New phone/address lists, as well as a new vendor list, will be coming out next month.  If you have any changes and/or additions to your information, please email Betty at jbfaris@monroeaccess.net or give her a call @ 678-635-8536 at your earliest convenience.  Thanks

CARD/GAME DAY:  The next card/game day will be Tuesday, April 5, at 1:30.  We’ve been having trouble finding a day that works for everyone so we’ll give Tuesday the 5^th a try.  Hope to see you there.  Bring your favorite board game.

WORK DAYS:  Work days for inside as well as outside of the clubhouse are coming.  Cleaning and some painting will be done.  Many hands will make light work.  Thanks in advance for supporting our community.  We’ll get the dates out to you as soon as we can.
