Thanks to Perry Nell and Linda Miller and all their helpers from Stone Creek Court for the hot dog and ice cream social on the 15^th.   It was a fun time and it was good to see everyone.  Our next social will be Wednesday, October 12.   Details to come.

Julia will be out of town a good bit in the coming weeks, so if you need to book the clubhouse, please call and leave a message.  If there are any conflicts, Julia will get in touch with you, however, if you don’t hear from her, please assume you have the clubhouse reserved.

Yard Work Requests:  If you need additional yard services from PEP (Dave) please call him @678-878-7287 or email him at davidlinhart22@yahoo.com with a CC to Larry so he can follow up with Dave.  DO NOT ask Moises or any of the workers to set up extra services for you.   It will keep things simple and more efficient to go directly through Dave.  Thanks in advance.  Larry says the price for a fungus treatment is approximately $19.00 per house.

Deer Problems:  Larry has found a product called Deer Out at deerout.com.   It is a natural product and smells like peppermint.  A 32oz bottle of concentrate makes 2.5 gallons and should last you all season.  The concentrate is a better buy than the “already mixed”.   It is $34.99 plus $5.95 shipping and tax.  Larry says he has used it for some time and several neighbors are using it.   The plants absorb it, so once it is absorbed into the plants, rain does not seem to affect it.  Give it a try.  Their phone number is 1-908-769-4242 for those of you who do not have a computer.

ELECTIONS:   This year we have two offices up for election; vice-president and secretary.  If you would like to run for office, please contact a board member.
