Dear Neighbors:

First and foremost we want to thank all who came to the December 18th budget meeting.  The budget was discussed and explained line by line. The 2015 budget was passed unanimously by a written ballot.

Enclosed you will find a copy of the budget for the year of 2015, along with the 2015 assessment bill, due by May 1st.  The assessment fee remains the same as last year ($250).  If payment is not received by this date a late fee will be applied.

Spring is fast approaching which means children will be outside playing. Please remember to slow down as you drive through our subdivision. Nice weather will also mean more dog walking and time outside. Please remember to pick-up your animal’s droppings and be aware of any excessive barking that may be occurring over long periods of time.

Hopefully our winter weather is complete, but if more arrives please remember to keep your vehicles parked off of the main roads and cul-de-sacs in order for the plow to do a sufficient job.
