I am looking at purchasing a house in the Black Hammock development and wanted to know the rules about putting up a fence around the backyard. I have looked at other areas and they will only allow a black cast iron/aluminum fence which may not work because I have a small dog. I was hoping to put up a PVC vinyl fence no wood or chain link
