I’d like to utilize a portion of my reserve fund to recoup the costs of damage caused as a result of a leak in my roof. The total amount of the repair is $1299.84.

You will have to go through the proper channels and submit request to PJ Morgan, who will in turn submit the request to the HOA for approval. The approval will also be base on how much you have rtemaining in your exterior reserves. Thank you.
