that the homes/landscaping and overall look in the Oakmont and Copperfield subdivisions (probably 1-2 miles away) is much better than that found in the Woodlands? Is it simply a matter of personal income/wealth or are the homeowners in these areas different from those in the Woodlands (take pride in their subdivision and want it to be the best possible). Does having a Brentwood address really influence the way people look and keep up/improve their homes? Compared to these neighborhoods, which I think would be designated as middle to upper middle class just looking at the homes, the Woodlands really looks lower middle class.
