Pumpkin Pie Cake
1 (29oz) Can Prepared Pumpkin
4 Eggs
1 (13oz) Can Evaporated Milk
1?½ Cup Sugar
2 TSP Cinnamon
1 TSP Ginger
?½ TSP Nutmeg
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 Cup Margarine (MELTED)
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
Mix first 7 ingredients well and pour into a 9 x 13 ungreased cake pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the pumpkin mixture then add nuts. Pour melted butter over the mixture and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Top with ice cream or whipped cream and serve warm.
