Updates
Photos at the Fountain
We are fortunate to have a beautiful fountain at the entrance of our development and a great photo spot. Use of the fountain for small group photos is encouraged for residents. If you see non-residents or large groups taking photos, please kindly share our rule with them.

Social Committee
The Social Committee is looking for three more volunteers to serve on the 2003 Committee. Participants develop the activity plan and budget, coordinate events, manage the Web site and publish the newsletter. Participants also serve as the liaison with the Home Owners Association. We especially need volunteers from newer sections as well as male participants. To volunteer for the committee, please contact Kristen Whisnant at 880-9955.

Block Captains
This is a new endeavor so volunteers are needed for the entire neighborhood. Block captains hand out flyers for events and activities for around 20 homes. They are also encouraged to stay in touch with residents in their block and communicate ideas, feedback on activities or comments about the neighborhood to the Social Committee. If you are interested in being a block captain, please contact Kristen Whisnant at 880-9955.

Pool Committee
This newly formed committee is in search of four more volunteers to help oversee the Pool for the 2003 year. Committee work will begin in January. To volunteer for the committee, please contact Chris Mauzey at 891-9501.

Directory Advertising
We are still accepting sponsorships for our 2002 Directory. To participate, please send two copies of your business card and $50 to Ann Dieleman, 6300 N Forest Drive, 891-9789 by December 2. Please make checks payable to Thousand Oaks HOA.
