The Dept of Health has been notified that the air tests came back negative for asbestos. Why are the fellows hiding this information from us?
YOUR WRONG AGAIN

It is good that they came back negative or they would have shut down building 130 immediately.

The Asbestos monitoring occurred in the common areas right out side the unit that had the Asbestos spill.

The fact that testing reveal negative is great news to the owners but that was after the clean up occurred.

The whole reason that the cleanup was performed was to remove any asbestos in the unit.

It is expected that testing would reveal negative numbers after a clean-up by American Abatement.

The big question is why the TMMC and the Board of Directors has allowed the Maintenance Men to continue entering our homes in Highline Meadows and work on the Ceilings without proper abatement procedures and training.

This puts anyone that has had work done to there ceiling here at Highline Meadows at risk of inhaling asbestos and having health issues down the road.

This is a direct reflection of the Incompetence of TMMC and the Board of Directors at Highline Meadows who has done ''RIP and Skip'' work in our homes for years now without using the proper procedures and put us all at ''RISK''

INVESTIGATIVE REPORTING

Obviously T Mackey has some very serious questions and valid concerns that he is not getting the answers that he as a homeowner has every right to be told the whole truth and nothing but the truth. There are obviously two sides to every story.I think the obvious solution to Mr. Mackey's dilemma is to make sure the whole truth is told. The only way that this can take place to his satisfaction is to bring in mutiple investigative reporters such as Tom Martino,Paula Woodward,Julie Haiden or other top notch media professionals.Maybe Governor Bill Ritter's office or consumer affairs could also shed some light on your disbeliefs. So there it is Mr. Mackey,it's time for you to buck up and expose the whole truth and nothing but the truth for the good of everybody,or do what you have always done and leave you head stuck in the sand,it's your call,so let your fingers do the walking. We anxiousy await your findings.

According to the health department the asbestos tests came back clear not just for the common areas, but for the HUD owned condo as well.  Obviously the media doesn't believe you or they would be crawling all over this story.  It is clear by the newsletter that was recently delivered to our homes that the real truth is you are just trying to cheat your way out of your financial responsibilities.

When you purchased your condo you knew you had problems with the balcony but you purchased it anyway.  Now a year or so later you scream foul when you cannot sell your condo allegedly for the balcony.  What a bunch of cow manure!  For the record I have exposed the truth only to have you moronic bunch of jackals remove it.  Your truth is only what you want it to be and none of you have the GUTS to leave the real truth posted because that would prove you to be what you are, liars and deadbeats.
