Board Meeting

November 15,  2013  6:30 p.m.

Directors present:  David Mallory,  Darlene Kasper,  Earl Scott,  Greg Tyler,  Suzanne Morrison

Members present: Tina and Russell Green, Vicki Meyers, Tallula Olsen, Lissa Davis and Carol,

Joe Kertes, Henry and Nancy Blackwell, Dean Johnson, Pat Waddell, Charlotte Malory, Sira Pineiro,

Leo Scott, CO Williams, Donna Marquis, Jean Stepp, Phillip Kasper.

David read minutes from October meeting.  Minutes approved.

David presented form he designed to get bids for work in Plat.

David stated he and Darlene had determined we would have $21,000 left after all bills were paid.

He stated this amount was due to the fact that volunteers do most of the work in the Plat.

Greg Tyler stated he had looked at roads on Cutter and now believed they would need base work and he would like to get bids in person --eyeball to eyeball  from the contractors.

Discussed roads and culverts.

Suzanne proposed Greg Tyler get bids on culverts, --taking old out, replacing with new,  then get bids on rebuilding the road above the culvert, and bids on repairing roads on Cutter.  She stated she would like these to be separate bids.   Darlene 2^nd.    Proposal passed.

Discussed gate.  David stated gate is now fixed.  Total cost $115.00

Member questioned changing 1111 code at gate.  No action taken.

Discussed  dry fire hydrant.  Member stated dry hydrant was not working and asked for it to be a priority to get fixed.  Members stated they felt it was important for property protection to have it fixed.   Discussed effect of dry hydrant on insurance.  Greg stated previous Board had tried to get someone out to fix and could not find anyone to fix it.  David stated he would talk to Livingston fire chief to see what he would recommend, or talk to Lee Jones to see if they would use hydrant when fighting fire. 

Suzanne made motion to adjourn,  David 2^nd.   Adjourned 7:25 p.m
