We have a new neighbor that recently moved in. They have a dog that barks CONSTANTLY. We used to enjoy sitting on the back porch or play with our dogs in the back yard, but this dog is unbelievable. It does not stop barking. We have even yelled at it to shut up; I know that sounds crazy, but this dog is driving all of us insane. The owners have even heard us hushing the dog. Our next door neighbor, that is hard of hearing, wants to move because of this dog barking. We would like to open our windows, but because of this dog we can't.

My husband and I were walking and were two streets from our house and could hear the barking. I know that we are feed up, but anyone else around Hornpipe Hills/Lotche street hear this dog?

Is there anyone that I can contact? We should not have to put up with this.

Hello,  We had this problem from a neighbor when we first moved in... we bought a Delux outdoor bark control by PetSafe.  It works great. You hang it outdoors. It takes batteries, It looks like a bird house. And the begals that lived behind us were quiet automatically after we hung it up.  Awe that quiet silence that we enjoy.    Hope this helps. I know that a barking dog can be quite frustrating.
