?„} Opening ?¡V Welcome and Round Table Discussions
Phil opened the meeting @ 7:15 pm

?„} Review of Minutes from Last Meeting
Minutes were not reviewed or accepted.

?„} Financial Report: Treasurer reported that there has been a deposit of $210.00 and we currently have $2051.83 in the TTNA account.

?„} Ongoing Business
TTNA Dog Park- Plans that were submitted to Metro Parks were provided to TTNA members. Special flyers were placed at homes surrounding the park. Two neighbors who?¡?¦s homes border the park attended the meeting. They discussed concerns regarding the fencing being placed to the edge of the park. They also expressed concerns regarding safety in the park. Brian Davis was at the meeting and discussed the process for getting approval from Metro Parks.

Totes & Notes- Dennis discussed trying to sell the notes and totes. Dennis Lisak motioned to have every TTNA member who registers @ the $30.00 level, receive a tote bag. Jodi Bessinger seconded. So passed. Requested that Jodi put the totes in the newsletter.

Toonerville Park Wall- Nancy reported that 4th. Street Association is going to give $1,000 to help with the wall. Nancy will be talking to 2nd St. Association for a donation.

?„} New Business

ATV?¡?¦s for OL-Police- Metro police is planning on purchasing 2 ATV?¡?¦s. Don Driskell reported that the ATV?¡?¦s are quiet and silent. Associations are encouraged to donate funds towards the purchase. Aaron Jent motioned and Jodi Bessinger second to give $100.00 towards the purchase of the ATV?¡?¦s. So passed.

Central Park Clearn-UP- Phil DiBlasi discussed a letter asking TTNA to contribute funds to the Central Park Fund. Concerns were discussed regarding how Central Park allocates it?¡?¦s funds. Rebecca Kessler motioned to give $100.00 and Nancy Woodcock seconded the motion. So passed.

1201 South Brook Street- Discussed the issues regarding the limestone steps being removed and a stop order placed on the work by preservation. Many neighbors reported that the owner is going to be forced to use the original steps in the restoration process.

By-Law Changes- It was suggested by Rebecca Kessler and Kristin Furnish that the term limits be changed so that there are no term limits; whereas officers can serve more than a two year term. This motion was seconded by Kristen Furnish. Discussion was had regarding combining the secretary and treasurer position. Aaron Jent motioned not to combine the two positions and this was seconded by Ethel. 2 opposed, 7 in favor and 3 agreed to continue Rebecca Kessler nominated Phil DiBlasi for president, Aaron Jent for Vice President, Jodi Bessinger for Secretary and Ethel for treasurer. . Jodi expressed that she would be willing to continue until a new secretary could be nominated, but that she did not wish to accept the nomination.
