Correct Housing
Our street parking situation is an issue that should be addressed by our Board of Directors and incorporated into our bylaws. Instead our BOD spent $2500 for useless bylaws. Towne Lake needs (1) a local REAL ESTATE attorney and (2) a management company with the expertise and resources to help us avoid problems and lawsuits. If it costs more, so be it.
