I saw some kids with a paintball gun that had been shooting at some ducks late yesterday, I know the ducks can be a bother to some but aren't they generally considered off limits to such cruel behavior?

My question to you is, did you stop the kids you saw with a paintball gun that had been shooting at some ducks? I hope you stopped them, otherwise you are part of the problem. Did you get their names?

If you did stop them, great, and keep a vigil out for those kids. Since the parents don't care and will not do anything about it, unfortunately, we have to protect our neighborhood.

Yup, but now I think they were mostly shooting at each other, still, I called SAPD.
