2012 Minutes Annual Homeowners' Meeting

The meeting was brought to order by Mike Heins at 6:32pm. Fran Steinert arrived at 6:37 pm. Michelle Giorgi was available by telephone.

Mike Heins presented the financial report. Sandy Wallis moved for approval. Approved.

Mike Heins presented the minutes from 2011. John Heilman moved for approval. Accepted.

John Wallis moved that Michelle Giorgi be re-elected to the board of governors for a three year term. Accepted.

John Heilman moved for adjournment at 7:19pm.
