Please contact our management company if there is ever an emergency or problem that needs to be taken care. Personal Touch Management has all of the boards contact information and our vendors that we use to maintain our property. They make the correct contacts and get things back to working order and/or repaired.

Remember this is your community and the community is only as good as those that live in it and participate. Make a difference and if something is bothering lets try to get is fixed or rectified by contacting someone so we can make a difference.

Our general membership association meeting are currently the 2nd Wednesday of every month at Denny's at Quaday and 95th in Otsego. Check the calendar for community updates.
