I'm smart because i got a good deal on my house and i love it and i love the area, unlike you i knew the neighborhood and that there are COWS here.  Guess you should of checked out the neighborhood first, hahaha.

Plenty of Realtors here, call one!

Okay, seriously -- If you don't like the neighborhood, that's your problem. I'm sure that other people who live here are well aware of the downsides, so there's no need to point them out and bicker over whether the neighborhood is 'good' or not, it's purely a matter of opinion, which you DON'T need to shove down other peoples' throats (I'm talking to BOTH sides of the argument)

Also, if you want to complain about the cows or the hidden costs of living, a thread on the speed limit of Elk's Lodge Road is not the place to do it.

Personally coming into here from Elk's Lodge has made me fairly nervous a few times, however I have never had an issue with it thusfar.

Been here for about 3 yrs and haven't had a problem.  There are lanes that cars can go around you, signal early.  If you have problems getting in go to the Main entrance, if you look at the first site plans there was only one entrance.  Use the Main one so it gives you and others time if coming from Marshall and Elks Lodge, if you can't get up to speed or people get mad because your going slooooow!

BTW.......only responsed here because i was told we dont have teeth here in Delaware!
