1- Builder lots not mowed -- I fought like a madman to get these mowed. Call the city of Milford - they are on your side

2 Home owners lots not mowed - Contact the homeowner or the city of Milford

3- Fences over 5 Ft High - Sounds like a violation

4- Vehicles parked in side yard - Terrible violation

5- Non tagged Vehicles parked in side yard - City Ordinance?

6- Large Commercial Trucks parked in driveways - We all need to make a living.

7- Clothes lines in side yard - Violation.

8- Flag poles in front yards - Not a violation, Patriotic though

9- Business signs in front yards - Violation

10- Sheds - Must be 8x10 or smaller

11- Construction trailer on vacant lot - Call Lacrosse - I think they can do it when there is construction, but they should clean it up now that construction has stopped

12- Swing sets over 5 Ft high - Not a violation

13- Jungle gyms over 5 Ft high - not a violation

14- Bird feeders and houses over 5 Ft high - No violation

15- Statuaries and metal sculptures in yards - No violation

 

 

---The greasy wheel gets oiled first. I fought very hard to get the lots mowed and the dirt filled in. I never contacted the HOA, just the city of Milford and DNREC. They are on your side. Milford is on the ball. Some of these things are nit picky...and allowed

Ok lets give you a big hand clap for this.  What about the dead beats that haven't paid.? More concerning  theses monies are not collected and inforced to get collect, eveyone will not pay next time and then the board is looking at a law suit if things are purcude with the new people due to the fact they never pushed for the monies of the forst set of dead beats.  Do the board members understand that there are not protected by any of this without an attorney?  This is why we need an outside agencies to handle the hard stuff not the easy stuff like paving roads,  the stupid sprinkler system for the watering of the weeds.  It also looks like the little things you call are not being inforced at all.  The board needs to work on getting liens put on residences homes if payment isn't received and if they don't know how to get ur DONE then get an agency in that does.  Also what about dogs? simce you have all the answers..How many are you allowed in a residence?  Thanks for your undivided educated answer....lolllol........and if having toooo many dogs in your house is a violation whats being done about this big annoying issue?

Are you aware of what the outside agency was charging the neighborhood to "manage" it? 

I am not on the board. If you wanted to be in control you should have run for a spot on the board. I would not agree with you that they should immediately issue liens and attack every violation without finding out some reasons for the violations. Some of these so called violations you are angry about are not violations. Some violations may not be recognized by the homeowner themselves. . .

If a lawsuit comes then the money we pay to have our neighborhood look decent is going to be wasted by stubborness. That is not the answer.

I am not sure about the number of dogs. Do you have a set of guidelines and restrictions? The model home can give you one.

Do you think it is easy allocating money to the sprinkler maintainence and getting the roads paved. The board is fighting an uphill battle with a lot of the members of this community, like yourself, because you will never be happy.

Ok maybe this time you will really read a posting.  i don't want ot be on the board and as I stated on other posting   I NEVER SAIS IT WAS EASY BUT IF THE PEOPLE ASSIGNED CAN'T HADLE THE JOB GET SOMEON THAT CAN AND FAST BEFORE THINGS GET WAY OUT OF CONTROL (WHICH I SEE IS ALREADY HAPPENING)  (OPEN YOUR EYE DUDE) I KNOW THIS IS A VERY HARD AND TIME CONSUMING JOB.  THIS IS WHY WE NEED THE OUTSIDE AGENCY.  SO YOU SAY WE JUST LET THE PEOPLE NOT PAY THE FEES JUST BECAUSE IT COSTS MONEY.  I GUESS THIS WILL MAKE EVERYONE ELSE THAT DID PAY NOT PAY NEXT TIME. I PAID THIS TIME AND IF THINGS ARE NOT TAKEN CARE OF IN REGARDS TO LEINS BEING PLACED I WILL NOT BE PAYING AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD OUT OF THE UNFAIRNESS OF THIS.

When I talk lawsuits and trust me I know what I am talking about if the board members don't have Attorney on board for themselves they our opening themselves up to some big issues.  Many reason if they try and inforce with on person and not another (lawsuit),  also for many reason but I don't have the time to educate you on this.  i guess it is something they will have to learn themselves.

As for the DOGS come on you don't know how many you are allowed or are you scared to stated due to protecting board members? I'm surprised you don't know because you SEEM to know so much.

YOU ARE WRONG I BELIEVE ALOT OF HOMEOWNERS WEATHER THEY ATTEND MEETING OR NOT SHOULD BE INFORMED.  THIS SHOULD BE FIRST AND EVERYONE SHOULD SEE THE BUDGET AND HAVE A COPY.  hOW MUCH DOES IT REALLY TAKE TO PRINT THIS INFO OUT AND PLACE IN MAILBOXES?  NOT MUCH AND I BET WE THE HOMEOWNERS ARE BEING CHARGED FOR INK AND PAPER..SO WHATS UP?

PEOPLE WILL BE HAPPY IF THEY FEEL LIKE THEY ARE APART OF SOMETHING AND INFORMED THEN NOT INFORMED.  SOME PEOPLE HAVE KIDS, JOBS AND CAN'T COEM TO THE MEETING BUT WOULD LIKE TO KNOW AND CAN STILL EXPRESS BY CONTACTING THE BOARD MEMBERS.

Yes I was aware of what they are charging and i believe by the time everyone tries to figured everything out it's better to pay a little more and get ur right. 

From reading your postings you are the one that is never happy.  You shouldn't take someone/people wanting to know for not being happy.
