Back off.....If everyone was informed noone would be getting upset.  This is weather they come to the meetings or not everyone has a right to be informed.   Yes this meeting will be a blast.  I am more informed then you think.  Se ya at the meeting. and be looking for the information in your box that you could have stepped up and sent everyone.

People will always be upset.

I'll be upset if I get information from you in my box, since you are not a board member and it could be misleading and without the approval of the board.

You would be upset............because you are never happy and you want things your way and you like CONTROL.   Approval it's all public record.  Someone has to step up to the plate and do it.  They will only be upset because they don't want everyone to know the contact information and if they would do this maybe they wouldn't have to worry about possible incorrect information.   Most people I have talked to have no clue who to speak with and can't come to meetings, they don't know who to contact for APPROVAL , etc.  Once again are you reading know:  JUST BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE CAN'T COME TO THE MEETINGS DOESN'T MEAN THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED AND THEY NEED TO HAVE CONTACT INFORMATION IF EVER NEEDED.  Your house will be the first house I will be dropping off, I will stop around 7am.  If YOU would like to help let me know.  See ya :-)
