Good points Rob...a petition signed by a majority with voting rights may be all that is needed to oust the current board members...
no big deal just walk around with it and get as many signatures as you can...
with the current disgust of homeowners with this board -should have no problem getting people to sign...
you are right - the housing market isnt going to turn positive to soon...but I have already made up my mind and started the process of securing a piece of land for my next homesite...so I can wait it out..
