Citizens on Patrol in The Trails of Fossil Creek neighborhood

Citizens on Patrol (COPs) are volunteer residents that band together to create a neighborhood patrol unit. Once trained and in place, the Citizens on Patrol are effective in deterring and reducing crime in their neighborhoods. Numerous residents of the Trails of Fossil Creek have expressed interest in starting a COPS Program. Here is what you can do.
