Why are too many people not taking care of their yards?

Also, why are so many cars always parking on the street?  

Who knows!!! They are just lazy I guess.  We have a jungle on our street!!! Its so bad that you cannot even the house from the street.  I just keep complaining and hoping the HOA will do something.

Lets see houses are builted to close together, driveways not big enough to support a family of 4 even though your house has 4 or 5 bedrooms.. This will always be a violation need to give this fight up..  There no community parking, forget having friends and familty over

Though the driveways are small, it doesn't change the fact that our by-laws state overnight parking on the street is prohibited.  Besides, I often see homes with garages that are not being used in accordance with the covenants of our HOA.  Garages are to be used for the storage of vehicles, not for the storage of household goods.  If you need room to park, use the garage as it was intended to be used and park your vehicle in there.  That will leave you two more spots to park on the driveway.  Another reason parking on the streets should be banned is the fact that our streets are too narrow.
