Did you know we have Rules?

Before considering building a shed or adding that new swing set, be sure to obtain proper approval from the developer. Our community is monitored based on a "Declaration of Covenants, conditions and restrictions for The Trails." This declaration was implemented with a focus on keeping this community in top condition. This not only will keep our neighborhood visibly appealing but help uphold our property value.

Each homeowner should have been informed of the guidelines at the time of contract. This was and is the responsibility of the builders to inform all potential buyers of these rules. Though some of you may not have received this information, the rules still apply.

Those who have not received these guidelines should acquire a set from their builder. It is each homeowner's responsibility to read and comply with this declaration.

Wood Thieves Targeting Trails

Keep an eye out for would-be thieves. We have a consistent group of individuals scoping the neighborhood during the day and returning in the evening to load up at our expense. If you notice anyone loading wood or other items from home sights, please take note of their plates and notify the authorities.

Pool Reminder

Just a reminder to those taking advantage of our wonderful pool area, please remember to turn lights off and lock the bathrooms and gates upon leaving.
