The board would like a letter from John Pens or Doug Benson to give to those homeowners that have had work completed to sign off on the work.

The board also discussed the option of contacting those homeowners that were not in the lawsuit and asking them about any work that needs to be done at their home.
The board would like CMS to talk with Doug Benson and John Pens about the legal ramifications of talking with these homeowners.

OLD BUSINESS:
1. Fence on Belleview: CMS spoke with Brad Bauer from Jefferson County, and he states that the new 8 foot fence on Belleview wont be installed until 2006.

2. Lighting at Simms front entrance: This item has been tabled.
3. Kiosks: This item has been tabled

NEW BUSINESS:
1. Landscaping on Belleview: The board stated that the old fence would stay when the new 8-foot fence will be installed.
2. Beverly is concerned that when the new fence is installed that it will kill much of the landscaping (trees, shrubs, bushes) will die. She would like to know if we should transplant the landscaping to another area.
The board feels that when the new fence is ready to go in then they can discuss this item at that time.
