I am curious if any one knows the rules on where trash cans are supposed to be kept. I was always under the impression they were to be kept behind your fence out of sight, until trash days, which is what my wife and I have done for the 7 years we have lived here. If this is the case, do renters also have to abide by these rules? I suppose it is up to the property management company to tell the renters about the rules. Thanks in advance.
