My yard man leaves a large bag of leaves on my curb after finishing my yardwork and some of my neighbors decide it's a good idea to leave thier bags of dog waste on top of this bag of leaves. I have seen this throught the neighborhood and im not sure how this started and why on earth these people think it's okay to do this .
You know who you are and please stop doing this. I have to now pull this heavy bag of leaves inside my garage to discourage this lazy disgusting practice.
